The Brief
To consult on and complete the renovation of this 1-bedroom apartment, transforming the 50’s apartment into a modern, easy living space at an affordable price point. This was achieved by specifying off-the-shelf joinery pieces in key areas, but not skimping on the key finishes and fixtures, to ensure the space still felt premium and timeless.
The Project
We worked closely with a private client to help design and renovate her light filled 1-bedroom Toorak Apartment. Our scope included building design consultation, demolition and build all the way through to joinery fit-out and installation.
The Client
A Private client had a vision to transform her Toorak apartment from a dated 50s interior into a modern, design-savy space. The opportunity arose to renovate it, with the plan to list it on AirBnB for short term stays.
